Staff very nice, both helpful and friendly. Il personale è molto bello, sia cordiale e disponibile.
Room very small, bed very small. Small old room with nothing but a small bed & old cupboard. No duvet, just blanket. Similar to an old dorm or YMCA. Don't expect a bacon and egg type breakfast or you will be disapointed. Not similar to England or Australian accommodation in any way. Camera molto piccola, letto molto piccolo. Piccola vecchia stanza con nient'altro che un piccolo bed & vecchio armadio. No piumino, appena coperta. Simile a un vecchio dormitorio o YMCA. Non aspettatevi un tipo di pancetta e uovo o la prima colazione sarete delusi. Non simile a Inghilterra o alloggio australiano in alcun modo.
price, attentive friendly staff, convenience, included breakfast. Fantastic value with great position for city sightseeing.
a small fridge in room would have been nice, but otherwise great.
This Hotel is very well located. Some of the staff are speaking are very well english. The room was very clean. The breakfast was much better than expected. It contains a croaissant, a baguette, some butter, some marmelade, coffee and a fresh pressed orange juice! Some other guests were eating cereals. The windows can be opend completely.
Some loud guests in the hallway at night-are probably normal for a low budget hotel. The room has smelled a lot like fresh paint, so that we openend the window all night.
The location is the best part, 1 minute walk to a metro station, a 15 minute walk to central attractions. Breakfast is light, good if you just want to grab a bit then go out and explore to city. Breakfast room has modern decor and clean feel. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Rooms are a little odd, we stayed in a twin room which had a double bed and a single bed, very cramped. Could do with re-decorating, slight stains on walls and sheets. Dispite this I would stay at this hotel again.
Friendly staff, Big beds, Affordable
Small lifts, small bathroom
It is a cozy hotel with a charming atmosphere. The building reflects its age. The breakfast included half a baguette, a croissant, orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate or tea. This is typical for France. The hotel staff communicated with us primarily in French so we can't comment on their English skills. The location is very close to the metro and if you are fit it is within walking distance of all major attractions. The staff is very friendly and asks every day on your sleep the previous night.
I think that the hotel could do with some modernizing. I can speak only of our room and the large step up into the very small bathroom could be treacherous if you are not careful. The building is a conversion to a hotel from private apartments and that is part of its charm but it could do with the addition of air conditioning.
It was fine to the price.
The breakfast was very poor.No chease and not a secont cup of cofy. The internet did not work.
It was a good place with a good location and pleasant english speaking people.the room was clean.thank you!
Location is good, and the staff were friendly
Paper-thin walls resulting in noisy, sleepless nights; poor breakfast; rooms small and not particularly clean or comfortable.
The hosts were very friendly! It's not two stars hotel. In my oppinion it's at least three stars hotel!
Friendly staff Cool decor
Tiny room Lame breakfast Loud
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and in good shape. For Paris the price was absolutely fair.
No shower curtain in the bath, resulting in a flooded floor each time one takes a shower. The breakfast is "very french" = rather poor. But after all one is in France, so what else to expect ;)
It was a terrible room with very basic facilities, dreary and the sound travelled badly from floor to floor. Would never stay there again.
The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. We had a balcony. It's quite near to pompidou..and to the Metro.
We had to go ground floor to get boiling water for drinking. Kettles were not provided in rooms.
Main staff were friendly enough. Beds fine, room good temperature (this was February).
1) Guy who changed bedsheets drank about a half-inch of wine from our bottle. 2) Which made us wish the key to the closet in our room actually worked!
